By attending a photo shoot with Peter Arciero Photography (The author), you agree that Copyright of the images taken belongs to The Author and that Duplication and Reproduction of the images, in any form, is a criminal act contravening the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988. Rescheduling/Cancelation A notice period of at least 7 days is required for both your portrait and viewing appointments. Covid 19 Guardians/Parents will be required to complete a Covid compliance form before entering the studio.
All attendees should respect current distancing and safety procedures at the studio and on location. Sessions may be terminated if the photographer feels these are being broken.

Recording devices, including digitall cameras, video cameras or mobile phones are not permitted to be used either during a photo session or during a viewing. Devices such as these, should be switched off at all times whilst on our premises. You may be asked to leave if you insist on attempting to use the devices whilst on our premises. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for the completion of your order.Due to the custom nature of our products, payment is required in full at time of order. Extended payment facilities may be made available to orders in excess of £495, please ask for details if required. Due to packages being lost or damaged we can no longer send orders by post,
